Comments from students on Paris, day 1

We arrived fairly late into Paris on Sunday evening. Everyone was tired but excited to start the tour. Here are comments from the participants.
Arden: It still hasn't kicked in that I/'m in France!!!! I the first night I slept really well. The breakfast was amazing. We had French amazing bread, eggs, ham, cheese. I loved it! Today we will go to Normandy. I can't wait!
Vanessa: I am still so excited that we are in France. This is definately a big responsibilityI have to be careful and not leave anything! Already made new friends/improved my relationships. I'm writing this on the tour bus and I JUST SAW THE EIFFEL TOWER!!!!!! IT WAS AMAZING! I love this so far. I miss everybody back in Colorado.
Drew: I am enjoying my time in France. The city of Paris is beautiful. I cannot wait to see the Normandy beaches. I am very excited to be here. I am tired but I am having fun.
Patrick: I didn't get much sleep on the plane but I am ready to explore. Have seen many things including the Eiffel Tower, museums and bridges. I am also very excited to see Normandy.
Mary: I really only got three hours on the plane but did not sleep well. I the second flight I sat in my seat and fell asleep almost instantly. The first day was ok, it was really exciting.
Alissa: On the first flight I only got three hours of sleep. I watched movies the rest of the time. On the second flight I just read my book. Last night our first night in Paris, I stayed up until 10:45 and got up at 6:30. I'm tired but having a great time so far. It was cool to see all the neat buildings in Paris and now I am going to have fun in Normandy!
Kelsey Correia: From what I’ve seen so far, France has been fantastic. I cannot wait to further explore the culture here. And practice my French, ha.
Jenny Johnson: Enjoying being back in Europe! I am definitely looking forward to eating French food. So far, everything has been wonderful. Comfy bed, good breakfast, and nice transportation. Excited for the rest of the trip!
