Comments from adults

The girls will have a funny story to tell about using the men’s room in the Louvre….Mary C. and Lisa M. held back a group of men while our girl’s used the men’s room when the woman’s room got flooded. Mary tried using her limited French while Lisa had some interesting sign language gestures.

The group really enjoyed staying in the walled city of Saint Malo. There is a wall built in the 1200’s that completely surrounds the city. It has narrow, cobblestone streets that wind around the town. Absolutely beautiful area! Drew thought it was too cool because he said it was a great place for snipers to live! The kids enjoyed spending time on the beach and collecting sea shells.

The kids are using their French. They sat with our guide yesterday at dinner and spoke French with Franck the whole night!
Everyone has enjoyed bargaining with the street vendors…they will all be loaded with miniature Eiffel Towers!
